Acceptance of Terms. By using https://jdconstructionbenbrook.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Services. JD Construction provides Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Drywall Installation, Fence Installation, Deck Installation, Porch Installation, Metal Building Construction and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. JD Construction (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. JD Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of JD Construction arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JD Construction from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
